Step Two: Design & Planning
Once your home is ready, we develop a custom staging plan designed specifically for your property.

Step Three: Installation Day
Our team handles every aspect of the installation process.

Every home is unique, and each staging proposal is customized based on the property's size, layout, target buyer, and furnishing needs.
Vacant home staging projects typically begin around $2,500, with final pricing determined by the home's size, layout, and the scope of furnishings required.
Each proposal includes two components.
Design & Installation Fee - A one-time investment covering:
• Initial consultation
• Design planning
• Furniture selection
• Project management
• Delivery coordination
• Professional installation & styling
• Furniture removal after the sale
Typical investment: $995–$1,750 depending on the size and complexity of the project.
Initial 30-Day Furniture Rental
Furniture rental is priced separately based on the number of rooms being staged and the amount of inventory required.
Every installation is fully customized, ensuring each home receives exactly what it needs to look its absolute best.
Additional monthly rentals are offered at discounted rates should your home remain on the market beyond the initial rental period.
Following your consultation, you'll receive an itemized proposal outlining both your Design & Installation Fee and monthly furniture rental investment.

No problem! You can keep the furnishings at a discounted monthly rate for as long as your home remains on the market. When you're ready for us to remove everything, simply provide at least seven days’ notice and we'll schedule a convenient pickup.
